Fastfood
is not something new again in this age. There are many stalls selling fastfood.
Not only in the mall alone but the food at the roadside too much. Young people
nowdays prefer fast food over home-cooked meals.
I
want to share me personal experience. Since childhood,when I was 5 years old I
have known fast food. Due to my parents both worked. I’m more familiar with
junk food than over home-cooked meals.
Because
to be honest fast food tastes are better than other foods. Has many variants of
flavours and and form. But in ancient times was not much to sell fast food. In
the 2000 fast food is very well known to many people. And most preferably all
circles.
Not
only the weight of fast food meals also offer snacks and drinks. Becoming more
and more fast food restaurants, which I know there kfc,mcd,burgerking,and many
mores.not juat a restaurant, a supermarket was also a lot of sell fastfood.
Such a 711,indomaretpoint and many mores.
Every
people consume fastfood all the time. No matter the morning or midnight.
Everyone prefers fastfood. Like a necessity in this day and age.
But
you know what the dangers of consuming fast food. There are positive and
negative effect. But contains more negative effects. Not only short tem but
long term.Not only for the health of the body as well. The positive effect is
that we can know the flavors fastfood. With the times. As well as more
intelligent and rapid growth.
But
a lot of negative effects. Could obesity,cancer,and diseases other hazards. In
the 2000’s a lot of people who have cancer. It was all due to the influence of
fastfood meals.
Instants
noodles were also very influential in cancer,cancer is very dangerous. But
connoisseurs fastfood ignore it. They just want to enjoy good food without saw
the impact.
The
impact might not be fast. But when frequently consumed will heap effect. In the
long-therm effects will cause cancer. And can be a death.
May
actually eat the fastfood. But not all the time. Should regulate diet and
healthy lifestyle. To avoid the disease.
Balance
a healthy diet with exercise and other healthy foods. Applies not only to
children,but adults as well. Be smart food choices. Especially eat fastfood.
Notice
the effects. Not only short term but long term too. Love your own body. Do not
just follow the times alone.
Parents
also must be smart to choose foods for their children. Do not just busr for
work and allowing children to eat free fastfood. Since it is very dangerous for
the digestion in children.

teenagers should be given educational seminars. Interesting seminar themed
dangers of eating fastfood meals. Here effects for their health of theit
bodies. So that they arelt and smart pick their food.
In
order to ceate a healthy future generation. And the number of cancer be
reduced. Start now watch diet am healthy lifestyle. With not often consume fast
food every time.
